Able to place any object as player with no GM privileges

Describe the Bug
While it has been a source of great enjoyment to me, my GM has not enjoyed the endless chickens I’m able to hide around his beautifully constructed maps…Without GM privileges, I can gain access to the build menu and place any tile, object, token I wish…

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Join a game where I am not the GM

• Wait for the GM to join

• Press space to pull up the dice menu

• Press CTRL+C and the dropper tool appears

• Click on something and the build menu opens

• Select the chicken token and proceed to place in every dark nook and cranny available

• Observe as your GM becomes greatly annoyed

• Be afraid of your GM’s inevitable retribution
