Add Flashlight as alternative to Torch

What Feature would you like to see included within TaleSpire?

⇒ Now that there is a cyberpunk/modern setting, we could use a true flashlight which beams a few tiles ahead in a cone-shaped light! ;-)

What situations would this Feature be useful?
Descriptions, examples, interactions with existing features - whatever you can think of to get your idea across!

⇒ Just everywhere on every modern board – and why not, through some kind of spell, on a fantasy one. Flashlight/conic beam implies a directional light, meaning another kind of ambience / view for the players.
