Allow Players to Shift+Click teleport their minis

This was taken away in a recent bugfix. Players should be able to teleport minis their assigned to - or at least have a way to toggle and allow them to.

What situations would this Feature be useful?
Descriptions, examples, interactions with existing features - whatever you can think of to get your idea across!

Sometimes, allowing them to teleport themselves is far faster than me as the DM bringing in 4+ unique minis. It also allows them finer control when having to deal with accidentlly clipping up walls.

Additional Thoughts/Details

Would be cool to also be able to shift+click the portrait for the same effect, for times when a mini clips up a wall and into another floor and can’t be found. Happens to my players a lot.
