Area Effects

What Asset(s) would you like to see included within TaleSpire?

I’d like for an asset or set of assets for area of effects such web spells, darkness, sleet storm, etc. Things that let us know what’s inside and not. I’ve been using darkness spell, but it’s kind of hard to know where it beings and ends. So Squares, Spheres that can be resize to meet the area of effect. Kind of like what you have with the selection tool and rulers, but visible to everyone.

What situations would the Asset(s) be useful in?

 It’d be useful as visual aid when concentrating on spells, to know where it begins and ends, to know if we have visible sight against some enemies, for example I’ve been using Darkness to give cover to my allies from getting attack from mages and ranged attacks while fighting others, but it’s hard to tell whenever they get hit or not. It’d help a lot for my games. It could be use for ball bearing, caltrops and other area of effects.

Additional Thoughts/Details

 I do believe this would be a great addition, it doesn’t have to be fancy at all, just something transparent that let us know what is going on and be more mindful, and speeding up the game by trying to remember where everything is. Thank you fro your time.
