Auth error

Sometimes when i start Talespire, i cant continue and advance from the main menu. It only shows aun hourglass spinning. The log says the same thing, authentication error. I restarted, cleaned cache, did also with steam and internet connection. Nothing works, only time fixes it and i have already checked ports. Other games work flawless.
