Can't use Talespire after the HeroForge update.

Describe the Bug
When I start Talespire, at the bottom when it normally says something like “begin” there’s an hourglass spinning..forever, I waited 20 minutes.. nothing.

When I hit the cog in top right, it tells me in the HeroForge box “waiting for backend”.

I tried reinstalling talespire, rebooting, checking integrity on steam. Nothing so far has worked.
