Cannot join gameboard. Keep getting "retrying connection to realtime backend"

Describe the Bug

I sometimes am unable to connect to gameboards and see a “retrying connection to realtime backend” error. This is intermittent and inconsistent. In our session last time everything worked fine. In this weeks session it worked fine at first and then we switched gameboards and I was unable to connect to the new board. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue. I’d guess in the last few months I’ve had issues about 30-40% of the time. I checked while I was having the issue this week and https://ts-prod2.dicewillsuffice.live/api/ping showed pong as expected and https://www.photonengine.com/status shows no issues in my region (US East). Additionally, no one else in my group had any issues connecting. We’re in neighboring cities.
