Cant set Polymorph Options on Tokens

I was learning how to set the character tokens up and was trying to set a polymorph creature for a character. However when I right click the token the mouse gets stuck in hand mode and wont allow me to drag and drop any creatures onto the character. I am in GM mode and dont have any mods installed.

Whenever I right click a token the hand gets stuck in the open hand grab icon. Which I think may be part of the problem.

 Steps:

1. Go to Exploration Mode with the Role set the GM

2. Right click a token

3. Select polymorph

4. Open the Library

5. Attempt to drag and drop a creature to the polymorph list

Windows 10 PC, running a 5900x AMD CPU and 3080 GPU

Pretty new to the software so let me know if I am missing something obvious!
