Character moves 2 spaces when moving with arrow keys

Describe the Bug
Randomly happened to one of my fellow players, than another session happened to a different player. When moving their characters with the arrow keys, the character jumps 2 tiles instead of just 1. Ive tried looking around to see if its a setting in game, or if others have experienced the issue and said something, but I havent found anything.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Just move around with arrow keys. May fix with restarting the program, but during their session it happens every time they move
