Community Content Won't Load

Describe the Bug

I am not able to view community content. When I open the menu I only see the spinning hourglass and if someone puts down a mini I don’t have downloaded already, I can select download but it’s still the see-through person.

I commented on this report (https://feedback.talespire.com/p/unable-to-load-community-mods-sign-in-method-authentication-failed) from 4 months ago as it’s a similar issue but wanted to make this one as it may be a bit different. The biggest difference is that I can connect to mod.io without issue. I hadn’t ever logged into it before this started happening.

Here’s the info I posted on the other one:

I’m getting the same loading forever right from the start and the same error message “[mod.io] HTTP ERROR [0 0]“. I noticed this issue started last week and still see it this week.

I haven’t logged into mod.io in the past but have tried and it says Authenticated but didn’t fix it.

I then tried going into the files and renaming them. I can’t find the mod.io file in my C:\Users\Public path (I went into each of these to see if it was a level deeper but didn’t find anything) but I did find it in appdata. Renaming that created another one when relaunching the game but the issue still persists.
