Connection Issue — Infinite Loading on Startup (Russia)

Hello,
I'm located in Russia and currently experiencing a connection issue with TaleSpire. The game launches, but on the initial screen it gets stuck with an infinite loading spinner — it never connects to the servers. No error message appears, just the spinner, and the game doesn’t proceed past this point.

I’ve tried restarting the game and my PC, disabling antivirus and VPN, and switching DNS to public ones (Google 8.8.8.8), but nothing has worked so far. Could you please help me figure out what might be causing this issue and how I can fix it?
