Content Subscriptions and Missing Content not showing

Describe the Bug:

DM has utilized community content in his miniatures, but I am unable to get them to be visible (appear as floating transparent ghosts). I have attempted both settings that attempt to download the community content the DM uses (auto and prompt) but nothing ever happens. Going in Content Subscriptions and Missing Content under the heroforge menu shows empty screens, hitting the refresh and download do nothing. All other players are able to see the creatures on screen and have items show up under the repository in the mentioned tabs.
