Cutscene interface preventing interaction with build menu

Describe the Bug
The the orange cutscene block is open, displaying cutscene images, it inhibits picking up tokens from the build menu.

To Reproduce
Open build menu, go to tokens.

Create a cutscene block from the GM menu, place it.

Open the block, showing the orange Cutscene Block images.

Try to pick up tokens that are position in front of the orange menu, although the CS menu appears to be behind the Build menu, it prevents access to tokens.

Additional Context
In addition something has changed in Hellonext, when entering the subject of the bug, hitting enter is actually hitting the Submit button, not moving to the body of the bug report. It has not done this in the past, this is my second bug report in a row now that has created a Subject only report.
