Deleting campaign doesn't remove it from campaign list for others

Describe the Bug
When deleting a campaign it is still visible to people who have already loaded the campaign list.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Have two players

• Player A and B are part of Campaign A

• Player A loads the campaign list in the main menu

• Player B loads the list, and deletes Campaign A

• Player B sees Campaign A be removed and gone

• Player A still sees Campaign A in their list until they reload the list.
