Dice modifiers/ways to add numbers to dice rolls

Just a way to add modifiers to dice rolls (3d4+3, 1d20 + 7, etc). Right now we have URL link dice rolls that let you add modifiers, but having that functionality in-game would be awesome. Maybe it could work by giving us the ability to roll dice through inputs in the chat box that would support that, or maybe that could be a function of the dice tray.
