Different Light Sources
What Feature would you like to see included within TaleSpire?
What does it look like, how does it work, how is it used. Paint us a figurative picture.
Please impliement different sources of lights. Glowing plants, mushrooms, lichens, mosses, etc. Glowing crystals (IDK if the in game crystals glow or not.) Lanterns, candelabras, chandeliers, street lights, glowy technological walls, etc.
What situations would this Feature be useful?
Descriptions, examples, interactions with existing features - whatever you can think of to get your idea across!
This way you can have caves with natural light sources, even if it's "dim" light, there's mushrooms or fungi, or pools of glowing water which can be implimented into the story if needed.
Buildings and cities can have light sources that liven up the environement and make things seem more natural.
Streets can have lights (maybe Victorian style gas street lights or something like that?).
You find a door deep in a cave, and the door looks completely unlike anything seen before, but once through, you find yourself in a weird place where the dark grey or dark blue walls dimly glow with a technological blue light. (Think of the walls underground in Halo.) On that note, glowy information panels would be able to be placed around as well. There could be some on walls, windows, floating in the air like desks, etc.
