Error Crash Before Main Menu

Describe the Bug
So when you first boot up the game, I’m pretty sure you’re supposed to be met by a main menu or something like that. I wouldn’t know because every time I open the game it says
“Couldn’t get session from server, trying again in 4 seconds”
Then a prompt pops up saying there is a backend error, and prompts me to quit. When I check the Console it says
“[HttpsReqLog signin_via_steam (Date)T(Time).(numbers)-6:00] System.Exception: Message failed with code: Forbidden”
The Date, Time and Numbers change for each, check video in google drive for specifics if needed. But I can’t open the game. I’ve tried rebooting, reinstalling, exiting steam and re-loging in, and all of that doesn’t change a thing. I still can’t even play.

Additional Context
I’ve been trying to run D&D sessions in it. All of my players can get in, but I can’t. The game is completely unplayable. It seems really cool, and I’ve learned how to use it, and have been watching youtube videos on it, and am excited. But It won’t even open. Please help me so I can use this great software!
