Error loading maps on player side

Map originally worked from the player side. Upon losing internet connection and reconnecting the maps would not load. I exited out of the game and reentered. Joined the campaign I am playing in and tried to click on one of the map options in the drop down on the top left. All other players and map creator (DM) had no issues. Once clicking on the map needed I got the following screen with a red flashing exclamation point in the top left corner.

After a couple seconds of the map trying to load this screen would appear stating there was an error. Once clicking okay, this next screen would appear and I would be stuck in the empty between space.

I restarted the program several times. I restarted and updated my laptop. Disconnected and reconnected to the internet and the issue has not resolved.
