Fence snap points

Describe the Bug
The bug I am reporting happens to any prop that has the new connection points on them. As more and more are attached they keep appearing to be placed lower and lower rather than at the exact height of the first placed prop

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Place a fence down and connect them via the snap points (holding X) and see them go lower over as you place more.

  In this picture you can see how the first fence on the right is slightly higher than that to its immediate left.
  
  Where as this is the other end of the fence that has sunk into the ground regardless of being connected to the same snap point over and over
