Half-height walls, half-width walls, and both.

What situations would the Asset(s) be useful in?
Descriptions, examples - or show us a literal picture. That works too.

There are a number of instances where full walls are simply too tall or thick, and clip through floors or doorways. These could also be be used for fencing or rails.

Additional Thoughts/Details

 Half-height walls would probably be the simplest to implement.
