Hero Forge Minis not downloading

Describe the Bug

When downloading HeroForge minis from my linked account, It just gets stuck downloading with no percentage indicator. Restarting the game caused one of the minis to get a bit further and then get stuck at 45% while others are still not downloading.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Link HeroForge account

• Open HeroForge Menu in Talespire

• Click download on any of the minis

Additional Context
Looking at previous similar questions on here, I have tried to ping api.heroforge.com and I am getting a response:

I have also tried verifying the game files in steam.

Not sure if it’s related, but the one that did start downloading seemed to get stuck the moment I moved around the viewport in game.
