Hero Forge Minis updating with latest purchases

Describe the Bug
I added a subscription and purchased 3 new minis from heroforge as 3d digital 48 hours ago. Neither they or the July content pack (townsfolk 2) have loaded into tailspire. I have all my older content. I have tried removing the api key, restarting and readding the api key. When readding the key i can see the individual minis load in but not the new ones.

Additional Context
I have a campaign starting on thursday and the main character minis are missing. No reasonable proxies exist (base library or community)
