Hero Forge stuck at downloading

Describe the Bug
Trying to import heroforge mini is stuck at download. I purchased a digital tabletop version of my mini from heroforge and linked my access key in talespire. The account said it linked successfully. the spot where my character should be getting imported is just stuck at a spinning download icon for over an hour now without any progress indication.

I have attmpted refreshing, un-linking/re-linking the access key, deleting the cache file in APPDATA and restarting talespire.
