Heroforge integration error

Describe the Bug
I recently bought a Heroforge miniature for use in a specific campaign. The model is not an option to be linked with that campaign but I can link it with every single other campaign. I’ve tried exiting the game, relinking my API key from Heroforge, attempting other boards within that game and none of these steps thus far have allowed me to use my model. If I load into any other board other than the one I’m playing titled “Mysteries of Zandrel” then I can link my model. The moment I attempt to do a link using the Heroforge beta in Mysteries of Zandrel though my model does not appear at all and Heroforge shows blank.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Just attempt to go onto the board you want to link your Heroforge model to and see if you can link it or not.

The first screenshot shows each campaign I’m apart of and I am thus far able to spawn my heroforge model and see it as an option to be linked in every board but “Mysteries of Zandrel”.

The second screenshot above is a board where I have DM rights and as you can see I was able to link my custom model and spawn as many as I wanted.

The third screenshot shows what I get on my end of the UI when attempting to find my purchased Heroforge miniatures. As you can see my tiefling “Amon” is not listed.

The only guess I can think of at this point is we do have A LOT of unique characters within our campaign however the other players were able to link their Heroforge characters without any issues. As I said in my description above I’ve attempted numerous steps in order to try and resolve this problem before submitting this bug report from exiting/re-entering the game, relinking the API key, and trying to link on other boards then coming back to the main board with no success.
