Heroforge mini appears as blank base

Describe the Bug
Some of my Heroforge minis appear only as a blank base. It is not entirely clear what the cause is and seems completely random. Reloading does not fix. The exact same minis are a blank base. The preview of the mini appears in the Heroforge library, and so does the icon in control bubble on the upper left, but the model itself in the game world is just an empty base. Changing size, height, emotes, etc do not change anything.

To Reproduce
Unknown, some of them are just that way. They loaded blank and stay blank through restarts and refreshes of the Heroforge link.

The mini in question is “KSArcher”. The preview is visible in the library but the model in game is a blank base highlighted in center. Several other minis also have the same issue.

Note that model is intact on Heroforge. 12:04 PM
