Hide Plane Slider Not Hiding Planes

Describe the Bug
I was building a multilevel dungeon when I decided to try the hide plane slider to make building easier. The hide plane slider just didn’t do anything. I used the water slider to make sure the height was correct for the slider to work, and it doesn’t. It doesn’t work at any height, help!

To Reproduce
I suppose sliding the slider? I did everything it said in the tutorial

Just a bit exasperated, but I know its in beta, so I hope this helps a fix come along
