Describe the Bug

I can't access any of my boards, create new boards, or import boards.

I have tried resetting, updating, clearing all my data, deleting and redownloading the game. Nothing works. This problem has persisted for about a week now. This issue renders the program completely unusable to me. Lmk if you can help.

When I try to open a board it gives me this message:

And when I press space, nothing happens and when I try to go back to the main menu, it gives me the loading screen but never loads.

When I try to create a new board it doesn’t respond and when I try to import a board it says I can’t because I am not in GM mode.
