I have two Heroforge characters with the same name and Talespire will not display the 2nd one

I meant to name them different things so that is my fault

but you’d think as a resolution it would show HeroName and HeroName(1) or something like that. I don’t want to have to buy this character again with a different name to be able to link it to my campaign

To Reproduce
Purchase two Heroforge characters with the same name, the 2nd one does not seem to appear in Talespire after any amount of waiting
