Line of Sight see-through objects (eg: Illusions, One way Mirrors)

What Asset(s) would you like to see included within TaleSpire?
It would be awesome to have a feature that can be toggled within the building mode or some other way, that that would allow minis and their owners to be able to move and or see through objects (I include walls/tiles with this term for this request).

As well as having an adjustable mini vision range on each particular mini that would allow mini’s to see other minis.

What situations would the Asset(s) be useful in?

Having the option to see through objects would be an excellent feature in the cases of illusions in general or providing better line of sight when it is needed for for the mini and their owners, as in such cases that a character is peeping through a hole in the wall or looking through a one-way mirror or similar like obstacle or object.

Having the option to move through objects would be an awesome feature especially for heavy foliage jungles/forests, areas of difficult terrain that a mini needs to move/squeeze through without having the weird problem/issue of sitting on top of said objects within TaleSpire, and would also be somewhat useful for illusions.

As seen below, this feature is already partially implemented as the warrior mini (on the right) is able to move through the fern object without issue, however the snake creature mini is sitting on top of the giant plant bush object rather than within it, and the druid (on the left) is sitting on top of the mud (difficult terrain) that could be visually up to knee high mud instead.

3. Having the option to alter the mini’s vision range would help in cases of seeing other minis when they either should or should not and would do wonders for status effects, dark vision, or other various vision conditions (such when a character is in dense foliage, thick fog, murky water, etc.).

As seen below, the player’s mini within the barrel could be in the actual barrel or could be within an illusion, in such cases the mini and it’s owner should be able to peak out or see through the barrel giving them vision of the shark creatures, however the vision needs fixed as they are only able to see the three humanoid individuals (which the character mini shouldn’t be able to see if they were hiding without vision) and not the shark creatures as indicated by the eye icons or rather the lack of eye icons, thus requiring some feature to change the vision needs of the mini.

Additional Thoughts/Details

These three features would fix a great deal of the needs of many DM’s and players and these features seem implemented to smaller degree, just not exactly implemented for user functionality.

I will note that objects can be placed on top of minis, however when the mini is moved or the player moves their mini it will be placed on top or simply bump into it instead, leaving the DM to have to fiddle around till it all sets properly.
