Losing Connection to the board and game crashing

Describe the Bug
I'm in Central US, so I use the US East servers and I'm frequently losing my connection to the board, only to regain the connection a few seconds later. This happens every minute or so. Then suddenly TaleSpire just completely crashed. There was no crash report or anything detailing why it crashed. It simply closed. I tried validating the game files through steam and went on building, and the connection is still flipping on and off. It hasn't fully crashed yet, but the connection getting lost every other minute is kind of annoying. I would like to note that rather than doing just battlemaps, I am building full towns with lots of terrain and buildings due to the fact that one of my players has a problem with imagining things, so I want to make a more visual experience for their sake. Could this be the cause of the problems?

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Punch an ogre...

• Set a chair on fire...

• Tried to open a door...

• TaleSpire crashed.
