Mini rotation indicator dot inconsistent

Describe the Bug

When group selecting several minis there is a small indicator dot showing “where your mouse is” (= which way the minis are rotated). This does not appear when rotating a single mini, but it does appear when selecting a single mini with the lasso selection.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Select a single mini with lasso select

• Rotate it with Alt → see the dot appear

• Select several minis with lasso select

• Rotate them with Alt → see the dot appear

• Select a single mini by clicking

• Rotate it with Alt → see no dot appear

Additional Context

The dot appearing should be consistent - either only when several minis are selected, no matter which way or every time, no matter if it’s just one or more minis.
