minis not being seen by players and not connecting correctly

Describe the Bug

Player joined my campaign and couldn’t see any figures dropped on the boards. neither talespire defaults or heroforge.

Player in screenshots and twitch highlight also could not see their portrait at first then it became a white box. They can click on portrait and it selects the mini and they can move it but that is it.

player on Dm(owner) side appears to load normally into the game. this issue is only player side when joining

both myself and my player closed and rebooted talespire and verified game files in steam and no issues found.

Also noticed heroforge minis not connected to board correctly and re downloaded when rejoining campaign even though they were already linked to board. will see the disconnected issue in twitch highlight.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• have player join a game

• summon to DM’s current board (if not there already)

• have either pre-placed or drop a mini for the player to look at talespire default or heroforge (neither were visable for player)
