Moving vertical fog settings into Atmosphere settings.

What Feature would you like to see included within TaleSpire?
To have the vertical fog settings be moved to the atmosphere settings so that you can add it to a atmosphere block.

What situations would this Feature be useful?
This would make finding and using the vertical fog easier, and you would be able to quickly switch to having a fog “roll in” from the ocean, or when switching from a cold night to a foggy morning.
