Non-volumetric Tile/Prop hiding

What Feature would you like to see included within TaleSpire?
The ability to individually hide props (and maybe tiles, but I could see that being massively harder to implement), without using a hide volume. Sometimes it would be nice (for vertical ladders, for example), to have the ability to allow for a stand-able surface that is nevertheless hidden (so as to not detract from the visual appeal of the configuration) without impacting the visibility of immediately-adjacent assets. 

What situations would this Feature be useful?
As mentioned, vertical ladders with hidden shelves, stools, or other small props to provide for precision-placed invisible collision-enabled surfaces would be spiffy. Also, the ability to individually hide light-emitting props would be exceptionally useful for enabling more creative builds.

Additional Thoughts/Details
If it will be possible to create invisible props/tiles with valid collision meshes and import them using TaleWeaver, this request is largely irrelevant, of course.
