One of my players is unable to see minis from Community content

Describe the Bug

Player joins campaign using Guest Addition player is able to see Hero forge mini’s but is unable to see anything in the community content section. Only sees the wisp of a ghost as the mini

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Everytime a Community Figure is placed on the board

• Other players are able to see community Mini’s it is only this player
