Player vison distance

What Feature would you like to see included within TaleSpire?
What does it look like, how does it work, how is it used. Paint us a figurative picture.

I would like to be able to control how far away miniatures are visible to players, or simply toggle on permanent visibility of a creature to players. Currently it seems miniatures can only be seen at a distance of 150’ for players.

What situations would this Feature be useful?
Descriptions, examples, interactions with existing features - whatever you can think of to get your idea across!

There are a large number of classes and weapons that have the ability to cause damage or effects at ranges much greater than 150’. Additionally, if my player can fly, they cannot properly get a birds eye view of things with such limited eyesight. A basic longbow has a range of 300’ so how is my ranger expected to shoot someone at that range if they are down right invisible. This also makes things very difficult if my player has made a build surrounding high perception skills as they feel quite blind with such short range eyesight. Another area this is useful is when the party is at sea or salt flats, where you can see unobstructed for a very long ways. The last and most obvious is with large creatures, as even the least perceptive of us can see a Tarasque from alot more than 150’ of us.

Additional Thoughts/Details

I feel like the “show/hide” mini function should cover this already but it only works for reasons of stealthing creatures essentially. If its to hard to make the visibility range variable, just having a “always visible” option would be enough as i could just turn it off if they ever managed to actually hide.
