Players can't join my game

With the advertising for the Guest version of Talespire suggesting only one member needs to purchase the game, I had my party of 6 players attempt to join the game and I was horrified to learn that your game tried to charge me 18 dollars per seat after I already paid for the game.

If this isn't a bug I am so sad that I can't refund this purchase cause it is totally useless to me.
