Precise Camera Control not Possible

Describe the Bug
When attempting to move the camera very precisely there is a noticeable jump between mouse pixel steps. This makes it difficult to show off builds and do flyovers.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Set the dpi very high on your mouse.

• Hold Middle Mouse button and try to move the mouse as slowly and precisely as possible.

• Jerky camera.

Additional Context
More precise control of the camera and sensitivity settings for things like the camera speed in free-look mode would greatly help content creators make videos for TaleSpire. Currently we are having to use software to slow the game down to capture video and/or use stabilization or frame interpolation to get better results.
