'Replace tile' building controls

There are times I want to be able to be able to replace tiles instead of having to delete them, and setting down new ones. A feature that would allow you to replace a single tile with the one you have "on hand" would be pretty convenient. Similarly, having some sort of paste-as-replace feature, where you automatically delete tiles and paste new ones instead, would be p cool too
