Scrolling and Screen size

Describe the Bug
Here tell us what you thought was meant to happen and then how TaleSpire vomited on itself

I just bought the game and the screen size seems to be a little too big (ie. In the menu, my name as displayed is cut in half because of how the screen is sized). I also can't scroll on ANY menu, when I try scrolling, it just stutters and starts me at the top, meaning I can't mess with any settings below a scroll level unless there's a search function for me to type in

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Open game and see screen isn't fitting to my laptop
• Try scrolling on any menu
