Seat purchase UI remembers selected amounts

Describe the Bug

The seat purchase UI remembers the amount of seats entered after it was closed until the next game restart. It should always reset back to 0 when opening.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Open the seat purchase UI

• Select any amount of seats

• Close the UI

• Reopen it at a later time (without closing the game in between)

• See how the UI is still showing the amounts you selected before.
