Server for my region cannot be found

Describe the Bug
When I tried to create a campaign the tool failed to connect or find a fitting to a server. Hence the campaign could not be created.

If it´s any help: I am from Germany (EU-servers).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Open game

• click “begin”

• click “create”

• sbmit a name

• error: finding a server for your region

Additional Context
The ID given above is slightly cut off. I hope I read it correctly. If this is not an actual bug, I would be very glad, if someone could help me to select the correct server for my region.
