Unable to see any minis from heroforge

Describe the Bug
I have a purchased mini on HeroForge, it is the 3D Digital version, NOT the STL Download version. I bought the token 2 weeks ago. I put the HeroForge access key into the spot in the settings of Talespire. When I am in a campaign and open the HeroForge minis tab at the bottom of the screen when the dice options are open I see no tokens, only a little flag that says “USER” and nothing else.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

• Open Talespire

• Launch campaign

• Open minis tab

• See nothing
