Update & improve guide and FAQ around Seats

What Feature would you like to see included within TaleSpire?

Discord continues to see A LOT of questions about Seats. I think it would be called for to get an updated documentation pass and guide pass on Seats. We need a detailed description of how they’re purchased, the localized cost, how they work, and what they’re “intended” use-case is.

After us Discord people describe them they’re often called a scam and scummy and it’s hard to portray the intended use of them where they aren’t seen in that light. Perhaps with official guides that better explain them, people won’t feel like the information is “hidden” from them. The problem is Seats, as far as I know, are non-refundable. So if people buy them not understanding them, then we get into that “scam” territory which is a reputation Talespire does not need floating around.
