Upon opening a campaign and when the map loads, it says "creature spawn failed"and gives the flashing indicator at the top left.
Describe the Bug
Here tell us what you thought was meant to happen and then how TaleSpire vomited on itself
Creatures are supposed to be able to become unique so that specific creature can be spawned across any map. Now, assigning creatures unique status does not grant them unique status and does not save them into the unique creatures category.
Players are supposed to be able to see any unhidden creatures without needing to be assigned a creature to their own control. Now, they cannot see any creature on the map until being given control of a creature.
Lastly, my maps have always run pretty smooth, but ever since the recent updates the frame rate dropped drastically causing rubberbanding. (I have an older laptop, perhaps there was a requirements upgrade? I’m not sure, sorry I’m not too savvy on computer knowledge.)
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Not too sure how to recreate but I will explain it as it happened.
After the recent updates, upon loading in any campaign, including new ones, I receive the “creatures spawn failure” with the flashing indicator at the top left (red exclamation).
Assign unique status to a creature, the option to un-assign then appears, yet the creature is not available in the unique category.
Frame rate dropped significantly on maps that previously worked well with only the occasional delay or FPS drop.

Additional Context
Unburden yourself of thoughts and musings here
Just to note, the creatures are all still visible to myself, and they become visible to players once they’ve been assigned a creature to control.
