water variations

I've seen that there are plans to expand upon water features. I would love to see variations of the water levels condition. IE calm waters, rough stormy water, stagnant stale water, etc.

I've been wanting to do a sea fairing one shot but feel I can't make it dramatic enough without variations in the seas condition.
