Western Urban Building Assets

What Asset(s) would you like to see included within TaleSpire?
Not every adventure is set in a standard fantasy world, you know! Specific ideas include: 

• A single floor of a skycraper, which could be stacked any number of times to increase the height of the skyscraper accordingly. It'd be nice if there were several variants of it, so that players could make city sets that don't reuse the exact same skyscraper floor for every building. Examples: 
 

• "Caps" to top off those rectangular prism skyscrapers, like these:

• Niche buildings like hospitals, warehouses, apartment complexes, and casinos.
• Smaller buildings like sports/karaoke bars, fast food places (not using real brands, of course), nondescript buildings, pawn shops, gun shops, police departments, banks, pharmacies, city hall, etc.

• Areas & buildings under construction.
Large example:

Mid-sized examples: 

Small example:

• Asphalt roads. Straight pieces, dead ends, L-turns, curves, T-junctions, 4-ways, diagonals, you name 'em.
• Dumpsters.
• Food stands/vendors, newspaper stands, etc.
• Power lines.
• Sidewalks.
• Traffic intersections.
• Vehicles. Volkswagens, bicycles, lorries, those public scooters that are catching on in some cities, etc.
• Smaller set pieces like manhole covers, benches, bike racks with/without bikes in them, trash cans, street mailboxes, etc. (like these:) 

The possibilities go on and on.
